Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of kelaa.ma, the services directory of El Kelaa des Sraghna. By using the site, you accept them.

2. Your account

Browsing is free and open to all. To post a review, add or claim a business, you create an account with your mobile number and a password. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. One account per person, with a number that belongs to you.

3. Your content

Your reviews, replies and photos must follow our review guidelines. You give us the free right to show them on the site while they are published. We may hide or remove any content that breaks our rules or the law.

4. Businesses

Listings are provided for information. Business owners can claim their listing after verification. Organic ranking cannot be bought: paid plans and sponsored placements, always labelled “Sponsored”, never change ratings or the order of organic results.

5. Paid plans

Business plans are activated once the payment is confirmed, and every confirmed payment comes with an invoice.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep information (opening hours, pharmacies on duty…) accurate, but we cannot guarantee it. In an emergency, call 15, 19 or 150.

7. Reporting content

You can report any unlawful content with the “Report” button or by writing to us at contact@kelaa.ma.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
